The standard does not set intervals by room name. Table 2.4 keys them to how an item is used — whether its cord is flexed in normal use, whether it is open to abuse, and whether it sits in a hostile environment. A hoist wheeled between rooms and a desktop PC that never moves sit at opposite ends of the same table.

NOTE
Push-button checks are a task for your own staff between visits. Trip-time testing needs a calibrated instrument and is what Ampcare performs. A site risk assessment may set shorter intervals than these — that is always acceptable. Testing less often than the standard is not.
